AVAILABILITY):

- Indoor parking: $120/month

- Exterior parking: $55/month

The building is mainly occupied by retirees.

Dogs are not permitted.

This is a NON-SMOKING building.

Short-term rentals such as Airbnb are NOT PERMITTED.



In accordance with the exclusive brokerage contract, all
promises to lease must be accompanied by a signed copy of
the building bylaws. Please also provide pay slips, a
letter of employment and references.

A pre-tenancy investigation will be carried out using the
Corpic (landlord's choice) system, including a credit
report, TAL register check and criminal record check.

The tenant must take out tenant's insurance, including
public liability and personal effects. A copy of this
insurance must be sent to the landlord prior to obtaining
the keys and occupying the property. If the lease is
renewed, the tenant must submit a copy of the renewed
insurance policy to the landlord.

The tenant will make payments either by giving the landlord
a series of post-dated cheques, dated the first day of each
month, covering the entire term of the lease, or by making
electronic transfers on behalf of the landlord.
