The tenant must take out tenant's insurance, including
public liability and personal effects. A copy of this
insurance must be sent to the landlord prior to obtaining
the keys and occupying the property. If the lease is
renewed, the tenant must submit a copy of the renewed
insurance policy to the landlord.
The tenant will make payments either by giving the landlord
a series of post-dated cheques, dated the first day of each
month, covering the entire term of the lease, or by making
electronic transfers on behalf of the landlord.
