- The TENANT(S) must provide proof of liability insurance
and tenant insurance (minimum coverage of $2 million) and
ensure that their Hydro-Québec account is activated no
later than 72 hours before occupancy of the unit.

- The TENANT(S) agree to comply with the building rules
provided by the LANDLORD.

- No pets allowed

- Non-smoking (tobacco, cannabis, or vaping)

- No subletting, lease assignment, or lease termination
without the written consent of the landlord.

- Short-term rentals or rentals through platforms such as
Airbnb are prohibited.

- The TENANT(S) must inform the landlord of any damage or
any major repair required within a reasonable time to
prevent the issue from worsening.

- The TENANT(S) will be responsible for any damage to the
unit other than normal wear and tear.

- The TENANT(S) are not permitted to paint, modify, or
renovate without the written consent of the landlord.
