RECONSTRUCTION AND USE
Following a fatal agricultural accident in a grain bin, the
entire grain bin infrastructure was rebuilt with new
equipment by the insurer. The installations have never been
placed back into service following completion of the
reconstruction and have remained unused. The grain bins
have not been operated since 2020.
CADASTRAL OPERATION
A cadastral operation is currently underway to create a
separate lot for the grain centre. The Seller will assume
all survey staking costs and notarial fees related to this
operation. The sale is conditional upon completion of the
cadastral operation, which will allow the deed of sale to
be signed.
