active Hydro-Québec account before the occupancy date.

regulations and the condominium declaration, which must be
signed by the TENANT at the official signing of the lease
with the Quebec Rental Board (Régie du Logement du Québec).
The TENANT is responsible for complying with the building
regulations.
No subletting or Airbnb rentals are allowed.
